Leadership

Pastor Chris has been with Cornerstone since March 2024.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2005 and a Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2021.  His previous experience includes serving as the Associate Pastor of Beechmont Baptist church from 2021-2024. His passions include preaching & teaching the Word of God and discipling believers into mature disciples of Christ. In addition to being a pastor, he also works as a chemist in Louisville. He is happily married to Megan and together they have two children and one dog. Outside of ministry, he enjoys spending time with his family, following his favorite sports teams, reading, and eating.

Pastor Gage has been on staff with Cornerstone since February of 2026.  He earned his bachelor's degree from Toccoa Falls College in the spring of 2015, and a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in the winter of 2024.  Pastor Gage is passionate about discipleship and missions, and about how music can engage Christ's body in both.  He and his wife Megan are college sweethearts with two boys, two dogs, and a cat.  When not at Cornerstone, Pastor Gage can be found playing with his boys, reading, or watching baseball.

Pastor Paul began serving as a lay elder at Cornerstone in April 2025. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College in 1992 and two Master’s degrees, a Master of Divinity degree in 2000 and a Master of Theology degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His passions include preaching, teaching the Bible, and singing several types of music that uplift the name of the triune God. In addition to being a pastor, he is also an accessibility/Section 508 specialist. He is happily married to Nikki and they have two cats. Outside of ministry, he enjoys spending time with his family, following his favorite sports teams, playing fantasy football and baseball, reading, listening to music, and eating spicy foods.

Sheryl feels truly blessed to be serving as Church Administrator at Cornerstone.  She loves the Lord and serving His church in many areas including missions & children's ministry.  Sheryl & her husband, Kyle, have been married for 37 years.  They have one son, Noah, and have been raising their great nephew, Jacob, since 2020.  She loves to read, scrapbook, and play volleyball.
